About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Product Delivery Specialist (Life Insurance) to lead the implementation of strategies that enhance customer retention, boost product repurchase rates, and drive referrals. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to deliver seamless campaigns and contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Product Delivery and Campaign Execution (80%)

• Develop and present initiatives to gain support and investment from stakeholders.
• Manage and implement repurchase campaigns and promotions to increase retention among existing policyholders.
• Enhance foundational capabilities, including distributor engagement and digital platforms, through feedback and collaboration.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, including:
  • Analyzing customer insights to understand preferences, behaviors, and needs.
  • Collaborating with Proposition and Actuary teams to create appealing offerings.
  • Supporting sales teams by ensuring agents are prepared and equipped for repurchase initiatives.
  • Monitoring and improving campaign performance using dashboards to track key metrics.

2. Evaluate and Optimize Campaigns (20%)

• Plan and manage budgets to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct feedback surveys and post-campaign analyses to evaluate effectiveness.
• Use insights to refine campaigns and collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–7 years in project management, customer marketing, or analytics, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance products.
  • Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analytics to support decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills under time constraints.
  • Solid presentation skills for leadership and teams.
