Product Manager – Digital Banking

Job Responsibilities:

• Building and managing Mobile Product Development team
• Carry out the project of Implementing Mobile Application and launching the systems on time
• Establish standard of Application development process in terms of agile methodology
• Build up and implement new Mobile Application along with development of new core system
• Expand agile methodology to whole organization of company
• Provide Periodic report on progress of Application development
• Research new technology
• Deploying Agile methodology to the company
• Gathering user experience data on the applications and analysis pattern and tendency

Job Requirements:
1. Educational Qualifications

• Graduated from university specializing in IT
• Good to have international certificates like PMP, OCJP

2. Job knowledge

• Knowledge of project management: Agile methodology, Waterfall methodology
• Knowledge of web and mobile application development: WAS(Apache, Tomcat….), IDE(Eclipse, Microsoft Visual Studio, Netbean…) Tools (SVN, Git tools, Visio….)
• Programming & Script: Java core / Java JSP, C, C++, C# .NET
• Database system: Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, JDBC
• Operating system: Windows, Linux, Unix, Mac. Android, IOS
• Others: Server & Network infrastructure

3. Relevant Experience

• 8+ years of experience of web and mobile application development
• At least 3 years of experience of team leader
• 3+ years of experience of IT in Banking / Finance Domain
