Job description:
· Full understanding of product life cycle from developing to End of Life & replace by others.
· Market analysis (demand/segmentation/competitor/trend/promotion…) to generate idea for product development, target customers, target markets & preparation for How to do/What to do.
· P&L management with self-budgeting mindset to prepare for all product planning.
· Strategic mind to find out opportunities as well as prevent risk in advance.
· Manage supply & sales performance to achieve plan.
· Planning capability for business unit (yearly basic).
Job requirements:
· Management skills & management experience
· Communication skills/Problem finding and solving skills
· Product Marketing position for at least 3 years
· Excellent in Microsoft Applications
· Logical thinking with strategic mind
