- Responsible for supporting Operations manager on the required operations capabilities to enable the effective functions
- Developing SLA and procedures of products that increase efficiency and effective operations flow
- Oversight of day-to-day operations.
- Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
- Consulting and monitoring activities on database improvement, operational processes between departments
- Working closely with tech team/partnership team from HQ/partners/insurance providers to handle issues involving product system and maintaining a timely and efficient registration system for insurers
- Supporting to write/build the confluence for product system
- Supporting to handle/solve urgent issues or hard complaints from partners
- Brainstorm ideas to build/develop products which support to partnership team
- Presenting weekly progress report, as well as monthly, follow-up report to Operations Manager
- Perform other duties related to Operations activities assigned by Country Manager/Operations Manager or special projects as assigned or directed timely and accurately
- Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in similar position (advantage for position related insurtech, fintech, product development,. )
- Proficient in Vietnamese & English
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel, power-point)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, organizational abilities
- Experience on working on start-up environment is advantage
- Able to multi-task in a fast-chaging environment
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
- Ambitious, proactive and flexible to handle issue
