I. Job Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research on the market, competitors, and customers to propose innovative product features and finalize product ideas and positioning through collaboration with relevant stakeholders that meet customers’ needs, sales force’s expectations and fit the company’s business strategy.
Work with reinsurers to simplify product rules and refine product features.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to prepare internal and MOF submissions and support to complete product design and get full approvals.
Work with creative agencies to develop highly responsive and engaging consumer communications. This includes product name, key visual, media concept for new products and packages.
Organize new product training to trainers/sales managers and product launching to the market and salesforce.
Develop product marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, and other product communication related materials in a way that company products are well perceived by internal and external customers.
Review training materials for updates and regularly communicate with the DTD team and others BAU.
II. Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance Administration or similar field
At least 2 years of experience in product development or a similar role in the insurance industry
In-depth knowledge of the insurance market and the regulatory environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive market research and analysis
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with different teams
Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering products on time
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
