A. Job Description:
• Organize and directly implement localization to Vietnamese gamers, test and adjust the function of game products suitable for players.
• Planning, analyzing and implementing activities in the game, store, suitable for the community of gamers.
• Monitor product operations, upgrades, detection and patching. Ensure product quality and operation schedule.
• Work closely with game developers for features, upgraded versions, and bug fixes.
• Coordinate and support Customer Care, through Customer Care and Community department.
• Report to Project Manager.
B. Job Requirement
• Play FreeFire
• University graduate, IT major is preferred.
• Open to fresh graduates or experienced in the field of Internet, online products.
• Passion and love to work in the game field.
• Tech savvy. Knowledge of software/hardware/operating system administration for PC/Mobile platforms. Understanding computer networks, telecommunications, equipment and software related to product development and operation.
• Ability to collect, analyze information, and solve problems well.
• Understanding a variety of games and game player behavior.
• Rich Vietnamese vocabulary. Good English.
• Careful, hardworking, detailed, durable, withstand high pressure.
• Honesty, integrity, readiness, responsible and highly commitment in all situations
