- Analysis, planning and administer of production management activities
- Coordinating with Customer Service department to analyze customer orders
- Reporting to superiors on budget, production time and product quality standards Creating a schedule for production to meet customer and company requirements
- Evaluating machine, materials, human resources for each order to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
- Ensuring production plan is on schedule. The production process is cost-effective and products meet quality standards.
- Consider existing workload to plan production schedule for new orders
- Inspection and supervision of production activities
- Directing order fulfillment and adjusting production plans as needed;
- Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
- Supervising the production process, the working process of staffs, team leaders, supervisors...
- Timely detection of defective products. Investigate problems related to product quality, analyze causes, and fix them quickly.
- Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
- Determining new machinery needed for the job or overtime as needed; arrange personnel in accordance with the capacity of each shift
- Monitoring production progress. Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team and at the same time conduct evaluation and monitoring
- Manage machinery and equipment production of the company
- Selecting equipment, maintaining and repairing it is periodic
- Manage, recruitment and training for personnel in department
- Participate in the interview process to select candidates
- Monitor, measure and evaluate performance, skills, working attitude and completion of the assigned work of all employees in department
- Create and implement to training plan for new employees ; Evaluate and foster potential employees
- Supervising and evaluate performance of production personnel
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry Engineering or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of 5 years working experience as Production Manager; Strong knowledge of Plating Processes
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills by both English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in computer systems: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- Calmness under pressure and maintain records in timely and accurate mode.
- Good decision-making and communication skill.
- Interest in helping and working with customers.
- Should have sound practical judgment of priorities.
- ERP/MRP Experience is preferable
- Required proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics.
- Effective and good team player who is able to adapt to fast-paced environment
