Our client is one of the largest manufactures of interconnect products in the world. The company designs manufactures and markets electrical, electronic and fiber optic connectors, coaxial and flat- ribbon cable, and interconnect systems.

• Time: Monday - Friday & 1 Saturday/month: 8AM - 5PM

• Having shuttle bus from:D.5 (The Garden mall), D.7 (Saigon South Residences), Q.8 (D.8 Bus station) Binh Chanh (Mizuki Park)

SCOPE OF WORK

• Statistics, tracking daily production output

• Ensure goods are delivered to the warehouse on time as planned

• Prepare reports and analyze on production performance and efficiency

• Check all the Raw Materials requisitions/ supplement from production on Business Process Management and forms

• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure continuous production

• Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excel Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel skills

• College/ University graduated in business administration, supply chain management or related field

• One (01) year experience in planning, prefer in electronic industry

• Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements

• Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
