​Key Responsibility:
As a result-oriented and data-and fact driven quality assurance specialist in Vietnam of Victorinox Dongguan Company Limited, our QA would be overseeing all quality assurance activities with the suppliers who provide finished products and components for Victorinox.
The key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance action plan, conducting onsite auditing, by means of inspection and lab testing to identify the potential or existing quality risk about the production process, quality control procedure, or product and material development.
To be successful as a quality assurance specialist you should be thoroughly able to help our company maintain the highest quality standards, ensuring our products and shipments meet the quality standards and brand position including reliability, usability and performance required by our consumer in the global markets.

Major Scope of Duties:
• Performing routine inspections and onsite quality checking.
• Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues which would influence the
product quality.
• Ensuring all the quality standards and requirement well implemented by supplier.
• Following up non-conformance issues and complaints from markets, to do
investigation with supplier’s team to work out root cause and solution.
• Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
• Assist supplier to creating training materials and operating manuals for quality team
and production team which make sure the quality being improved progressively.
• Identifying and resolving the potential risk with the workflow and production
process with key supplier.
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to
ensure finished product quality.
• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
• Collect and compile statistical quality data, analyze data to identify areas for
improvement in the quality system, prepare regular reports to communicate the
outcomes of quality activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
• College degree above.
• Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality
Improvement Associate.
• Over 4 years quality inspection, auditing, and testing experience in Travel gear
industry.
• Experience with implementation of corrective action programs.
• Product or industry-specific experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
• Solid experience in effective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
