- Support in managing legal matters related to real estate development projects, including land acquisition, licensing, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Review and draft legal documents such as investment agreements, joint ventures, construction contracts, and government submissions.
- Conduct legal due diligence on potential land and project acquisitions.
- Liaise with government authorities to facilitate permits, licenses, and approvals.
- Monitor legal risks and propose solutions to mitigate exposure for the company.
- Ensure project timelines align with legal processes and requirements.
- Assist in internal legal advisory and provide guidance to project teams.
- Supervise and mentor junior legal staff as needed.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Law (preferably specialized in real estate, investment, or construction law).
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role in the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam’s real estate, housing, investment, and corporate laws.
- Experience working with government authorities and legal due diligence for land or project transactions.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and legal drafting skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
