1. Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and / or perform the design, implementation and start-up phases of capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, within the defined scope of responsibility or specialization. Ensure that the objectives of the investment project charter, design specifications and Nestlé standards are implemented and adhered to. Includes:  
  • Prepare Procurement strategy, URS, coordinate with procurement team to select equipment supplier
  • Work with Nestle expert to develop design: block diagram, P&ID, layout equipment, integration with other stream to complete design.
  • Preparing designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc. 
  • Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan; taking action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays 
  • Identifying, developing, and gathering the resources necessary to complete the project 
  • Preparing engineering standards, designs and work specifications; developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors;
  • Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience
  • Works independently with general supervision
  • May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
  • Manage Supplier to OTIF from design, ex-work, shipment, installation & Commissioning.
  • Complete and comply with Nestle standard for safety, quality before start up.
2. What distinguishes you:
  • Manufacturing projects management: 05 years experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry. 
  • Determination of methods to minimise the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (SH&E)
  • Factory operations (as required)      
  • Knowledge of I2L a mindset and ways of working based on available online trainings and workshops
  • Knowledge in food manufacturing processes: Mechanical Engineering background
  • Basic knowledge of food process equipment and components
  • Basic knowledge of hygienic engineering design for food plant
  • Ability to work with drawings AutoCAD 2D/Inventor
  • Basic knowledge on Project Management, Project Foundation
  • Have Knowledge on safety in design and Construction/installation phase.
