Our Client, a rapidly expanding company specializing in agricultural products, is looking for Purchasing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for raw materials, goods, and services for the company.
- Manage, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, payment terms, and ensure stable supply sources.
- Control costs, quality, and delivery timelines to optimize profits.
- Coordinate with departments such as Accounting, Logistics, and Production to streamline the procurement process.
- Analyze the market, identify new suppliers, and assess risks in the supply chain.
Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes.
- Strong market analysis and evaluation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP software, or procurement management tools.
- Team management skills and the ability to build efficient procurement processes.
