Job summary:
- Responsible for Management. Documents include drawings, workflows, product standards, reports, forms, etc.
- In charge of implementing the company's QMS (quality management system), setting up the working process system, product technical standards, product quality management guidelines
- Lead internal audit activities, evaluate the QMS (quality management system) from customers. Ensure quality requirements from customers
- Develop training plans for staff and conduct periodic inspections to ensure the effectiveness of the training. The training covers all QMS related materials
- Collecting customer's product testing result. Developing internal testing standards which to apply to products.
- In charge of implementing system of corrective action plan (CAP) to improve product quality, reduce complaints & return rates from customers.
- Monthly quality report, statistics of defective goods, quality status in factory.
- Manage measurement instrument calibration system.
- Setting up quality inspection system for the whole factory from input materials to output products IQC – IPQC – OQC – FQC.
- Tracking and detect problems, then discuss and propose a quick and reasonable solution.
Job requirements:
- At least 10 years working experience in QA/QC position at furniture company.
- Education background from colleges / universities or above.
- System logical mindset.
- Experience in supporting Audit system: BSCI, SMETA 4P, CTPAT, FCCA, FSC, ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015.
- Understand the quality management system QMS.
- Chinese is a plus.
- Advanced English communication.
