A. Responsibilities:
• QA with precision to ensure time and quality of the bug fix process;
• Work with CS team for providing information, replying ticket and solving issues;
• Manage & ensure live & Editor server stability by fast reaction for every server issue;
• Handling GM tool with precision (add, remove, ban, unban …)
B. Requirements:
• PC/mobiles client knowledge;
• Well QA process training;
• Attention to details;
• Strong communication both writing and verbal;
• Deep understanding of game/product;
• Flexible working time due to the unexpected nature of issue, errors;
• Good at data processing and analysis;
• Deep understanding of game/product;
• Advanced English.
