- Department Management: Build and manage departmental teams.
- System Operation and Audit: Oversee system operations and conduct audits.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in quality control tools such as 8D/5C, SPC, FMEA.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 systems.
- Experience with PPAP and handling customer audits.
- Proficient in office software.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Languages: Good English communication skills; Chinese is a plus.
- Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday per month.
