QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Development Process Quality Assurance (DPQA)
- The Development Process Quality Assurance (DPQA) controls process to ensure product quality output in development stage.
- Understand customer and product requirement, drive the progress to fulfill customer request
- DPQA is person in charge of process readiness, improvement in development stages. Ensure that all quality requirements achieved in each engineering build (development stage).
- Manage key technical parameters from system and give warning as soon as irregularities detected.
- Manage 4M change, monitor performance/ FACA during engineering build
.

 

2. Quality Planning
- Manage and lead activities to reduce loss due to in appropriateness as failure in production line, incoming inspection, output inspection etc…
- Control and update standard applied to manufacturing and inspection.
- Maintain quality management system (ISO 9001...)
- Manage equipment correlation.
- Hold weekly, monthly quality meeting...

 

3. Incoming Quality Assurance
- Control quality of incoming material through inspect cosmetic, dimension and function.
- Control defect rate of incoming material and request supplier improvement.
- Manage incoming material defect rate and control quality improvement of supplier.
- Monitor incoming quality trend, improvement activity and report to management.
- Control 4M change (Machine, Man, Material, and Method) and quality improvement from suppliers.
- Control and evaluate KPI and grade of suppliers.
- Do audit and evaluation suppliers’ period and request to follow the quality requirements.
- Make plan to support and evaluate suppliers to enhance quality control in order to response requirements

4. Process Quality Assurance
The Process Quality Assurance (PQA) control process to ensure high quality product output. PQA person in charge have to build internal and external audit plan as well as coordinately cooperate with related department to follow plan built.
- Manage key technical parameters from system and give warning as soon as irregularities detected.
- Ensure that all quality requirement achieved before new production phase.
- Manage 4M change (Man, machine, material, method).

 

5. Outgoing Quality Assurance
- Control inspection output performance out going quality control.
- Analysis of inspection result and feedback supplier to improve quality.
- Manage final product quality, process out going quality assurance FA/CA (Final analysis / corrective action).
- Manage and improve product inspection standard based on customer requirement.

 

6. Reliability Quality Assurance
- To make test plan follow up Customer requirement to ensure the reliability of product.
- To make test plan when receiving test request about new development, 4M change or abnormal issue.
- To make solution and improvement action report to manager whenever the defect is found out during testing time.
- To make investment plan for Lab annually
.

 

7. Customer Satisfaction
Customer Satisfaction staff is working as information channel between factory with customer and partner about quality issue.
- Send daily, weekly, monthly quality report to customer.
- Inform to customer and get their approval about 4M change (Man, Machine, Material, and Method).
- Control return material.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Well basis quality concept.
- Can communication & co-work with foreigner by English.
- Fluent in Ms. Office specially Excel and Power-point.
- Able to work with high pressure, work overtime and work for a long time.
- Able to work independent and team work.
- Has experience working in foreign factory is preferred.
- University Graduation of related technical majors.
