Role Responsibilities: 

• Communication partner between Vietnam team and headquarter

• Main communication channel to India and Europe for all topics connected to quality 

• Lead the technical meetings for quality – online meetings, meeting direct in factory 

• Communication partner for production, project and logistics 

• Searching of weak points in processes in launch phase 

• Supervise the quality standards in all activities 

• Define new quality standards and goals depending on project status 

• Evaluate quality results and create the management summary 

• Coordinating of management drives 

• Solving the critical topics in his/her responsibility 

• Creating technical presentation 

• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

• Experience in an automotive industry 

• Experience in an quality 

• Excellent technical skills 

• Basic knowledge of ISO, VDA and local standards for automotive industry 

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills 

• Proficient computer skills 

• High degree of time management capability 

• Integrity and professionalism 

• Proficiency in MS Office 

• Driving license
