1. Warehouse Operations
- Exception Handling & Coordination Manage on-site warehouse exceptions (including but not limited to: Supplier pick-up coordination & logistics communication.Product quantity discrepancies.
Shelf arrangement abnormalities.Irregular picking/distribution.
Weight variances & return processing)
2. Quality Inspection
- Exception Handling & Compliance, Oversee quality inspection exceptions (Standards verification & QC order audits.
Non-conformance resolution.Data Analysis & Process Improvement)
3.Conduct weekly/monthly analysis of exception cases/data to develop actionable solutions.
Organize regular training sessions for suppliers to drive improvements and ensure implementation.
Job Requirement:
1. Education: Diploma Degree or higher
2. Experience: 3-5+ years in quality control or warehous management. (Flexible for candidates with strong soft skills/Chinese proficiency but no direct experience.)
3. Language: Fluent Vietnamese & Chinese (written/spoken).
4. Work Schedule: Normal hours: Mon-Sat, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. Peak season: Extended hours (up to 9:00 AM-9:00 PM). Must adapt to high pressure & 6-day workweek.
5. Skills:Excellent communication, logical thinking, and data sensitivity. High accountability & problem-solving ability.
6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
