RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prior experience in the footwear industry, particularly in a manufacturing or quality control role, is

highly valued.

- Experience with quality standards and testing methodologies specific to footwear.

- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong communication skills in English.

- A proactive mindset with a willingness to embrace new challenges and drive innovative solutions.

- Passionate about sports, reflecting the company ‘s culture and values.

- Any experience in LEAN methodologies or the digitalization of footwear manufacturing processes is

an advantage.
