A. RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
- Search for ideas and plan to develop new products according to market needs or customer requirements (from raw materials, formulas, processes, machines)
- Building and transferring processing processes from laboratory scale to mass production.
- Improve raw materials, formulas, and old product processes to bring quality benefits, reduce costs, and save time and labor.
- Access new technology to provide solutions for product research and product quality improvement; Research, manufacture and test new products according to company goals;
- Learn about food regulations for foreign markets.
- Handle and provide technical support to related departments when needed (eg: sales, QC, production, purchasing)
- Supervise customer outreach or coordinate with the Sales Department to clearly understand product evaluation information and then provide necessary improvement solutions;
- Building management of the R&D department to ensure completion of assigned goals and employee training, including:
- Build organizational structure and arrange personnel in accordance with functions and scope of work.
- Training and improving working processes for employees guiding the successor team
- Report, update work periodically, propose solutions.
- Graduated from a regular university or higher with majors related to food science, biology, chemistry, and product quality management.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position (R&D) and 2 years of experience working at beverage companies.
- Have full background knowledge of the R&D industry: Have in-depth knowledge of food industry/biotechnology, sensory analysis, quality management systems, food law (HACCP, GMP, ISO...)
- Experienced in quality management and reporting
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in import-export companies,
