RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Telephone etiquette and greeting clients
- Responsible for listening and transferring phone calls in both English and Vietnamese from outside and inside
- Make a note of necessary call information and pass it on to the relevant person
- Courier and postage
- Book meeting room and related issues
- Arrange transportation and air tickets for employees on business trips
- Maintenance office in the reception area
- Keep the reception area clean and tidy
- Check and ensure full equipment, and stationery as required
- Contact the maintenance department in case of equipment maintenance and maintenance
- Receive and distribute daily newspaper
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager and related departments
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good in English communication
- Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
