You will facilitate Agile processes, enhance team collaboration, and ensure seamless software delivery. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will be instrumental in optimizing workflows, driving efficiency, and achieving key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing Agile Release Train (ART) execution and ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning, prioritization, and execution to ensure timely and efficient software releases.
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other key stakeholders to drive value delivery and maintain release train objectives.
- Identifying and addressing dependencies, risks, and issues that could impact release timelines.
- Providing clear visibility into release progress and performance metrics, ensuring transparency for leadership and teams.
- Coaching and mentoring teams on Agile best practices, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration to maintain alignment on priorities, resources, and deliverables.
- Leading Agile adoption efforts and championing Agile principles across the organization.
- Acting as a servant leader, promoting effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork within the ART.
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager within IT and Banking domains.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience in Agile software development life cycles.
- Proven track record in stakeholder and vendor management, with the ability to navigate complex corporate structures and engage senior leadership.
- Expertise in risk management, issue resolution, and dependency management.
- Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities.
- Experience managing financial reporting and ensuring timely release deliveries in large-scale enterprises.
- Exposure to Web, Cloud, and Microservices technologies.
- A degree in Computer Science (or similar field), with PMP or Scrum Master certification as a plus.
