Job Description:
  • Manage day-to-day operations:  Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, from food preparation to customer service.
  • Human Resource Management: Recruit, train, and supervise employees, ensuring they adhere to restaurant standards.
  • Financial management: Track revenue, expenses, and profits, and make monthly financial statements.
  • Customer service: Ensure customers have the best experience, address customer complaints and feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure food and beverage supplies are always sufficient, order as needed.
  • Regulatory compliance: Ensure that the restaurant complies with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Job Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management or equivalent.
  • Leadership skills: The ability to lead and manage employees effectively.
  • Communication skills: Good communication with customers and employees.
  • Financial management skills: Understanding of financial management and reporting.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to solve problems that arise quickly and effectively.
  • Foreign languages: Good at English.
