Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Regional Director and responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
  • Business Development
  • Analyze business and create action plans to address identified sales/execution opportunities, integrating store visit observations and weekly store level sales results.
  • Cross-functional partnerships at corporate and fields; support of initiatives with regional team.
  • Optimize traffic through review of store rosters, processes, and coaching means of improvement.
  • Know the visual merchandising standards and guidelines and ensure they are maintained at store level and work within the company guidelines to ensure the Visual Merchandising is brand appropriate, maximizes sales opportunities and exceeds company standards.
  • Train retail team members on our company and products. Coach the store Managers and team members on store KPI insight, action planning and flawless execution.
  • Actively coach and develop store team members to drive team performance and build successes, fostering high levels of accountability and autonomy
  • Operations
  • Set and drive the highest operational standards in the stores in line with company standards both back and front of house.
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures, support of loss prevention program, management of stores opening, closing and remodels.
  • Manage the team communication with stores/ merchandising team/ logistics team regarding inventory needs, stocks allocations, delivery pre-alerts and Operations standards.
  • Build strong, diverse teams, with a blend of experience, skills and potential, which work together to share resources and best practice, and to support each other to achieve common goals.

  • Build talent by assessing strengths and developmental opportunities, encouraging, and discussing career development and providing opportunities for learning through delegating responsibility and following up on execution. Build internal bench / succession plan with Regional Retail Operations Manager. Motivate the good, reward the best.
  • Develop a consumer centric service culture throughout the stores, reinforcing the use of company provided training tools and personally leading by example and equipping the store Managers to implement customer service processes and to ensure their teams demonstrate behaviors and values consistent with delivering outstanding service.
  • Development and implementation of labor model, operational training programs, support of development and implementation of field incentive program. Administrative
  • Ensures all administrative procedures like the Weekly and Monthly sales reports, Sales forecast/budgeting commission payout, store maintenance etc are executed accurately and on time.
  • Works closely with HR to support the manpower requirements in stores.
  • Assist ad hoc projects from time to time

Experience / Skills Required:

  • 10 years of experience in Sales and Retail Operations management in premium fashion market preferred.
  • Preferably apparel/footwear) with results driven track record.
  • Have a passion for retail and able to engage with retail team on the ground.
  • Independent worker and a self-motivator.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, planning skills and business acumen.
  • Has the ability to make quick decisions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • PC-skills, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to travel (estimated 20%)
