Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all operations within a store spanning 1000-2000 m2 with a team of 25-35 staff members.
• Take charge of sales performance, ensuring targets are met by effectively managing income, costs, and gross profit.
• Strategize and implement business development initiatives to grow market share and boost sales.
• Establish and assign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for store departments or individuals to meet set objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to execute promotional campaigns, manage stock display, and adhere to company policies.
• Efficiently manage warehouse stock to prevent losses.
• Drive manpower planning at the store level and maintain a vibrant, welcoming work environment that aligns with company standards.
• Focus on increasing customer frequency and purchasing power while acting as the Company Ambassador liaising with customers and suppliers.
• Conduct market research to expand the store's business, ensuring adherence to company display, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Undertake any additional tasks delegated by the Board of Directors.

Requirements:
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Knowledge of the Retail Industry is advantageous.
• Possess a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English or Japanese.
• Profound understanding of stock display, labeling, and the ability to plan promotional programs within a year.
• Strong product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Ability to forecast stock demand for improved inventory management.
• Adaptability and a strong work ethic.
