Location: HCMC, Hybrid (District 6)

Responsibilities

  • The primary role of this position is to coordinate the schedule, travel, meetings, tasks, priorities of CEO and core team members to ensure company goals are met.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing materials.

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

  • Ensure the CEO's commitments and priorities are effectively managed and executed.

  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence and documentation with attention to detail and professionalism.

  • Draft PowerPoint and proposal presentations as will be assigned.

  • Assist in organizing travel arrangements, events, and other logistical needs.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and team members to ensure clear communication and follow-through on tasks and priorities assigned.

Requirements and Skills

  • Degree in any discipline.

  • 3 years or more of working experience, preferably in a similar capacity and/or in a service industry, especially in education or hospitality sectors.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Suite, LinkedIn, and Zoom.

  • Fluent in both written and oral English and Vietnamese.

  • Very organised, disciplined, and detail-oriented individual.

  • Highly committed, people-oriented person who is a delight to work with.

  • A responsible individual who coordinates well and is committed to making things happen.

  • A fast-learner and problem-solver who thinks fast on her feet to make things happen with cheer and smiles

Working Hours:

  • Standard hours are 10am - 7pm, with flexibility to adjust to a 1pm - 9pm shift when
    required.

  • 6 working days per week, with 1 weekday off.
