Responsibilities
The primary role of this position is to coordinate the schedule, travel, meetings, tasks, priorities of CEO and core team members to ensure company goals are met.
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing materials.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Ensure the CEO's commitments and priorities are effectively managed and executed.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence and documentation with attention to detail and professionalism.
Draft PowerPoint and proposal presentations as will be assigned.
Assist in organizing travel arrangements, events, and other logistical needs.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and team members to ensure clear communication and follow-through on tasks and priorities assigned.
Requirements and Skills
Degree in any discipline.
3 years or more of working experience, preferably in a similar capacity and/or in a service industry, especially in education or hospitality sectors.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Suite, LinkedIn, and Zoom.
Fluent in both written and oral English and Vietnamese.
Very organised, disciplined, and detail-oriented individual.

Working Hours:
Standard hours are 10am - 7pm, with flexibility to adjust to a 1pm - 9pm shift when
required.6 working days per week, with 1 weekday off.
