Responsibilities:
• Perform routine checks and calibrations on instruments, valves, and sensors to ensure accurate measurements and optimal performance.
• Configure and fine-tune inverters and soft starters to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Integrate and test new I/O modules with existing PLCs, ensuring seamless operation and data flow.
• Continuously supervise and monitor the status of equipment and automation systems, quickly identifying and resolving any issues that arise to minimize downtime.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and rectify system faults promptly.
• Develop and implement detailed schedules for preventive maintenance on all automation systems to ensure consistent and reliable operation.
• Review and ensure compliance with customer specifications and scope of work for ESD (Emergency Shutdown) and FGS (Fire and Gas) systems.
• Ensure all modifications and updates meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain application software and control logic for Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), ensuring they meet operational requirements and safety standards.
• Conduct thorough integrated testing between SIS and Process Control Systems (PCS) to ensure reliable and safe operation under various scenarios.
• Perform comprehensive FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), including I/O loop checks, hardware tests, and function tests to verify system performance.
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring all systems are fully operational and integrated.
• Provide ongoing support for system start-up, operation, and optimization, including hardware diagnostics, replacements, and software updates.
• Assist in modifying logic and updating graphics as required to improve system functionality and user interface.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on control cabinets, PCs, and other automation hardware to ensure continued reliability and performance.
• Implement corrective actions based on inspection findings to prevent potential failures.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, system configurations, and troubleshooting actions.
• Prepare regular reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents, providing recommendations for improvements.

Requirement:
Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems, including PLCs, DCS, SIS, ESD, and FGS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Petroleum Equipment, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 6 years of main experience in automation maintenance; technical engineering within the petroleum, petrochemical, or chemical industries or related fields.
Good English communication and teamwork abilities.
