Responsibilities:
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Providing counseling on policies and procedures
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Do payroll monthly basis
Preparing offer letter, labor contract, HR document related, Social insurance tasks for employee.
Admin tasks and purchasing tasks for office.
Requirements:
University graduate in relevant fields.
At least 1 year of experience in payroll, C&B, and payroll calculation in companies with a minimum size of 30 employees.
Experience in the retail sector is a plus.
Working time: Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays
