​Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Tasks:

  • Establish objectives, processes, regulations, and tools for recruitment; execute recruitment activities according to the process.

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to develop test banks for recruitment purposes (both indirect and direct labor).

  • Operate ISO processes for recruitment and evaluate recruitment outcomes.

  • Handle labor outsourcing activities.

2. Evaluation Tasks:

  • Conduct employee performance evaluations based on established processes and compile evaluation reports.

  • Operate ISO processes related to employee evaluation.

  • Manage and oversee ISO operations within the department.

  • Take responsibility for health–safety–environment & cost-saving initiatives. Refer to the detailed “Responsibility Description for Health–Safety–Environment & Cost-Saving Initiatives.” Document Code: MC-HRM-JD10A.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, Administration, or related fields.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficient in English communication.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Basic understanding of the company’s ISO systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and 5S.
