Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Tasks:
Establish objectives, processes, regulations, and tools for recruitment; execute recruitment activities according to the process.
Collaborate with relevant departments to develop test banks for recruitment purposes (both indirect and direct labor).
Operate ISO processes for recruitment and evaluate recruitment outcomes.
Handle labor outsourcing activities.
2. Evaluation Tasks:
Conduct employee performance evaluations based on established processes and compile evaluation reports.
Operate ISO processes related to employee evaluation.
Manage and oversee ISO operations within the department.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, Administration, or related fields.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in English communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Basic understanding of the company’s ISO systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and 5S.
