Location: District 6, HCMC
Compensation: Up to VND 38,000,000 gross monthly salary, inclusive of variable KPI bonus.

Responsibilities:

- P&L Management and Accountability: Jointly accountable to achieve good financial performance of the center.

- Client Management and Customer Service

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and center team to drive customer satisfaction and profitable, long-term growth for the company.

  • Promptly address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

- Operational Excellence:

  • Provide leadership for the team to drive operational excellence.

  • Review operational performance metrics and provide feedback and coaching to close any gaps, on daily / weekly / monthly basis.

  • Deliver operating performance reports to management on monthly YTD basis.

- Class Scheduling:

  • Plan, organise and manage class schedules to ensure optimal use of resources to deliver superior learning outcomes.

  • Coordinate with educators to ensure availability and proper assignment of classes.

- Talent Management and Development:

  • Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team of educators and support staff.

  • Plan and manage staffing requirements to ensure adequate coverage for all classes and activities.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performance work culture.

- Facility Management and Administration:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the facility.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and maintain infrastructure quality and hygiene.

  • Manage resource allocation and inventory, including educational materials, office supplies, equipment, space usage, and IT resources.

Requirements:
  • 3 years or more of experience in operational, supervisory and administrative roles in the service industries such as hotel and tourism, but preferably in education.

  • Growth mindset, adaptable, flexible, energetic, with a positive can-do attitude.

  • Degree in any discipline.

  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Comfortable with using and learning technology.

  • Strong organizational and customer service skills, with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Basic understanding of financial management and P&L responsibility.

  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule.

Working Hours:

  • Standard hours are 10am - 7pm, with flexibility to adjust to a 1pm - 9pm shift when
    required.

  • 6 working days per week, with 1 weekday off.
