Key Responsibilities:

• Visitor Travel Coordination:

• Handle visa applications, prepare invitation letters, and arrange EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) and security measures for visitors.

• Project Support:

• Coordinate with installation suppliers and manage EHS permit requirements.

• Monitor on-site project activities and provide support as needed.

• Report on project status and progress to stakeholders.

• Team Assistance:

• Provide general support to the project team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Previous experience with SAP.

• Advanced English language skills.

• Proficiency in IT at a user level.

• Have knowledge about Autocad.

• Availability to commute between HCM and Binh Duong (shuttle service provided).
