Responsibilities:
Sales Growth:
Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base.
Implement sales plans and strategies to capture new markets and clients.
Account Management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor client preferences, needs, and competitor activity to develop competitive sales strategies.
Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to understand regional competition, trends, and customer needs.
Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and potential market opportunities.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer service to align on sales goals and strategies.
Provide regular reports to the Regional Sales Manager on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.
Assist in the development of pricing strategies and proposals.
Requirements:
Education: Graduation/Post Graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably as Sales Representative/Executive or similar.
Strong knowledge of the designated region’s market and industry.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the region.
Language: English (Compulsory), Vietnamese
Industry type of candidate: Fluorescent Pigments, Dispersions, Dyes, Inks, Additives applied for coatings/Plastics & Chemical based industries.
Work Environment:
Travel: Frequent travel within the designated region is required.
Work Hours: Flexible work schedule with a focus on meeting sales targets. (Explained during the interview)
