​Responsibilities:

Sales Growth:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned region.

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base.

  • Implement sales plans and strategies to capture new markets and clients.

Account Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.

  • Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor client preferences, needs, and competitor activity to develop competitive sales strategies.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market analysis to understand regional competition, trends, and customer needs.

  • Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and potential market opportunities.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer service to align on sales goals and strategies.

  • Provide regular reports to the Regional Sales Manager on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions.

  • Assist in the development of pricing strategies and proposals.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation/Post Graduation in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably as Sales Representative/Executive or similar.

  • Strong knowledge of the designated region’s market and industry.

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the region.

Language: English (Compulsory), Vietnamese

Industry type of candidate: Fluorescent Pigments, Dispersions, Dyes, Inks, Additives applied for coatings/Plastics & Chemical based industries.

Work Environment:

Travel: Frequent travel within the designated region is required.

Work Hours: Flexible work schedule with a focus on meeting sales targets. (Explained during the interview)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and nearby province.
