Job Description:
Greet clients visiting the company office to utilize services.
Address client inquiries directly at the office or over the phone.
Visa Application Processing: Receive and review visa applications from customers.
Answer customer inquiries regarding visa application procedures.
Collect visa fees and other related fees.
Ensure that application information is accurately input into the system on time and without errors.
Encourage customers to provide feedback on the service quality and overall experience during visa processing.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Languages, Business English, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields (recent graduates or pending graduates are welcome).
No prior experience required.
Fluent in English with strong listening and speaking skills.
Good communication skills and customer service mindset.
Well-groomed, punctual, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
Ability to follow procedures.
