[Objectives of position]
- Develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Utilize & improve internal CRM system
- Ensure & improve customer satisfaction
- Coordinates with team manager to follow-up sales & customers
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing channels facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget of campaign plan, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with team
Requirements:
1. Must have
- At least 01 year in marketing job and at least 03 years related to Japanese speaking job- Japanese Certificates: JLPT-N1 (or BJT J1 or above)
- Japanese Skill; Good at writing, speaking, reading, and listening.
- English skill: Good at writing, reading, speaking
- Have customer-oriented mindset, service-oriented mindset, ownership
- Logical thinking & analysis ability
- Self-motivated & proactive
- Multi-tasking skill
- Open communication attitude & Teamworking
