Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth, enhance brand presence, and increase market share in the real estate sector. This role involves managing the sales and marketing teams, creating business development plans, overseeing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, market demand, and competition.
    • Set sales targets and marketing objectives and ensure their successful achievement.
  2. Sales Management:

    • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets for property sales, leasing, and client acquisitions.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
    • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize results.
  3. Marketing Management:

    • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and event channels to enhance brand awareness.
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
    • Collaborate with advertising agencies, PR firms, and other partners to create engaging marketing content and promotional activities.
  4. Product Development:

    • Work closely with the project development team to ensure that product offerings meet market needs and are aligned with sales strategies.
    • Provide insights on pricing strategies, customer preferences, and product positioning.
  5. Team Leadership & Development:

    • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.
    • Foster a positive and results-driven work environment, encouraging collaboration and continuous learning.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to enhance team productivity.
  6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

    • Implement CRM tools and processes to enhance client interactions, track leads, and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Handle high-level client negotiations and resolve escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Reporting & Analysis:

    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and marketing ROI for senior management.
    • Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, property development, and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and data analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
