Position Overview: The Sales Engineer is responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored technical solutions. The role includes advising clients, overseeing contract execution, operating automation equipment for demonstrations, and collaborating with both internal teams and international partners to meet technical requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage existing clients, seek and develop new customers.
- Advise customers on solutions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with distribution points and resolve any issues or complaints from customers.
- Monitor client requirements, finalize contracts, and track contract implementation with customers and the company.
- Operate automation equipment to support customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop solutions and monitor contract implementation.
- Work with international partners (contacting partners or manufacturers for technical requirements).
- Perform tasks as assigned by the direct manager and the Board of Directors.
- College or University degree in Engineering.
- At least 2 years in business development, passionate about sales, valid driver's license.
- Strong customer relationship, market research, teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skill.
