Sales Executive
Location: Hanoi
*Responsibilities:
- Work independently to fulfill the sales tasks that assigned by sales manager
- Assist sales manager in developing local distributor network
- Respond and follow up on sales inquiries through customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales potential.
- Prepare proposals, tenders and/or quotations, collaborating with product marketing team to clinch sales projects and meet sales quota.
- Monitor project progress and coordination with logistic department on supply to ensure timely delivery.
- Administer and ensure all billings (internal / external) to be accurate and prompt payments are received / made.
- Conduct / organize quarterly product sales training to the relevant personnel of the distributors’ sales team.
- Collaborate with Hong Kong & China offices and the suppliers in the order process for the samples and purchase orders follow up
- Establish and maintain relationship with existing customers and assist to explores the new product information and marketing support
- Provide updated market & product information to sales team and customers
- Handle and follow up any inquiries, after-sales service, quality complaints and comments to customers in order to ensure product quality meets customers’ expectation.
- Assist sales manager to perform any other related duties as required
*Requirements:
- College or Bachelor Degree with 3+ years of working experience in building material industry. Kitchen & Bath industry working experience will be preferred
- 3+ years of progressive sales experience in direct project sales and distributor sales of building material products. Kitchen & Bath products sales experience will be preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to travel frequently within Vietnam
