- 1. To help analyze, develop and provide quality service to our customers; to assist customers in selecting products; to answer their questions about the products, and any issues concerning company's products and services. The objective of this position is to increase sales, performance of the company, keep the store up to standard by keeping it clean and report to the manager of the store appropriately.
- 2. To promote the company’s products with persuasion; to satisfy the customer’s needs and wants; to solicit new and current customers; to make sales calls; to greet the customers; to help the customers in identifying their requirements; to promote products; to answer the customers’ questions regarding the products; to negotiate prices if necessary; to assist other departments from this company to satisfy customer’s wants and needs.
- 3. Salesperson will be responsible for executing the company’s marketing and sales plan with a strategy, objectives and goals. The plan will be presented to the salesperson after their probation and training period.
- 4. To receive and assist with incoming calls; answer customers’ needs in a polite and cordial manner.
- 5. Be involved in internal communications with all related departments; to anticipate, meet and exceed customers’ requirements and expectations; to focus on developing a strong account/customer management relationship.
- 6. To consult with customers about what they need on the products & services; then relay these information via written or orally to the company members and management staff to analyze.
- 7. To provide technical communication to our customers on products; troubleshooting solutions; providing support to our customers on technical personnel as well as translating laboratory findings and results obtained from testing.
- 8. To participate in technical workshops and seminars provided by the company, as well as implementation of these seminars and workshops services and products to customers.
- 9. When solicited by management to attend all related activities, especially technical issues from customers, must be performed in an ethical and professional manner.
- 10. Is required to travel to and from the company all the times to our prospective buyers and current clients.
- 11. To create and develop sales and marketing reports for management; as well as market research activities that seek a specific response through surveys regarding our products and/or services.
- 12. To observe and promote good business practices and manners all the times with internal and external customers.
- 13. To have read and understand the general employment terms and requirements of the company.
