Job Overview/About Company:
Our target is to increase sales revenue, profit margin and market share of our products (Industrial Fluid Solution, Power Transmission) for Vietnam market.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Increase sales revenue, profit margin and market share
•Aggressively go after sales, profitability and market share in assigned area
2.Expand distribution network / customer base and explore new business opportunity
•Aggressively search for new distributors and customers
•Aggressively search for new business opportunity
3.Customer service
•Accounts maintenance, attend to customer request and complaints, provide basis technical assistance, co-ordinate order and shipment
4.Provide market and competitive information
•Actively visiting customers and market to understand update and provide accurate market intelligence
5.Develop and implement sales & marketing plan
•Develop sales and marketing plan and execute implementation effectively
6.Effective communication and co-ordination
•Communicate and co-ordinate with associates and customers
•Can converse and write in effective English
•Can converse and write in effective local language and dialects
Job Requirements:
1. University degree, preferred in Marketing or Business.
2. Sales and marketing experience with more than 3 years working experience, preferred related Industrial Products.
3. Sales and Marketing Business acumen, related industries or products knowledge.
4. Computer literate.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
6. Fluent in English and local languages.
7. Sales in Industrial Products background.
8. High integrity.
9. Initiative and independent.
10. Energetic and dedicated.
11. Team player and co-operative.
12. Willing to work hard and accept various or new tasks.
