Responsibilities
- Sales management:
- In charge of Modern Market (MM) sales channel in the North for group of products such as: Fridge, Washer and Aircon.
- Making and executing sales plan to achieve sales target.
- To take care overall about selling products process and follow up money collection after sales.
- To maintain the display in good condition at shop front
- To monitor monthly market information report
- Preparing sale-out data collection with annalistic and visualize trend to reflect to action plan.
- Collecting Purchase Sell Inventory (PSI) report and monthly indicating report from key dealers/outlets
- To visit dealer’s outlets in charged by team.
- Team management:
- Planning and nominating jobs for team and striving for good result.
- Training, coaching and developing staffs.
- Good English communication in both writing and speaking.
- University graduated. Majored in Marketing, Sales are preferable.
- Having at least 05 years working experience and 02 years with team management position.
- Having sales/retail experience in Consumer Electronic industry
- Good leadership skill
- Good planning and management skill
- Good computer & Ms. Office skill
