Our client is one of the largest manufactures of interconnect products in the world. The company designs manufactures and markets electrical, electronic and fiber optic connectors, coaxial and flat- ribbon cable, and interconnect systems.
Time: Monday - Friday & 1 Saturday/month: 8AM - 5PM

JOB DECRIPTION
- Follow the Project management team request to work with NPI team to make sampling plan to ensure sample delivery on time.
- Make sampling production plans to ensure production progress, use the right labor and materials as well as the right equipment for each order.
- Train the line leader and improve the sampling production process.
- Coordinate sampling production activities. Work with maintenance and QC departments to analyze and find the cause to fix defective product specifications and production operation problems.
- Monitor all production data to minimize defective products on the line.
- Implement and monitor the implementation of safety regulations, maintain 5S hygiene standards in production.
- Guide the employees to comply with company regulations and handle disciplinary violations if any.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
REQUIREMENT
- College or above preferred in Industry management, Industrial Engineering.
₋ At least 3 years experience work in equivalent position.
₋ Have experience in multiple nation company; Acknowledge in electronic Industry is advantage.
₋ High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, strong ability to deal with emergencies.
₋ Good communication skills, affinity, hard work, quick response, and quick processing; Strong in analysis and solving skill.
₋ Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
₋ Speaking English or Chinese basic.
