Job Location: Hanoi/ Thanh Hoa

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receive and host guest, visitor
  2. Manage the daily agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  3. Arrange logistics & travel reservations for delegation, accompanying when required
  4. Takes notes, provide and distributes transcription of meeting minutes
  5. Draft official letters & making document translation as required
  6. Make follow-ups to & coordinate with different departments, company, person any pending issues/ documents as requested
  7. Participate in circulation of all inward and outward correspondence of the Management in order to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of the same
  8. Develop and maintain a filing system
  9. Go for business trip upon request
  10. Other duties as assigned


 Job Requirements:

  1. Educational Level: University Graduated
  2. Work Experience: At least 02 years of experience in a similar position in foreign joint venture company
  3. Specialty/Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in English, Economics, Business Administration, Law is preferable
  4. Competencies:
  • Excellent English skills for communication and for business;
  • Good general knowledge about project/operation business environment;
  • Good Microsoft Office skills: word, excel, power point presentation;
