Job Overview:

The Senior Costing Manager is responsible for overseeing the costing and pricing strategies for all footwear products. This role involves detailed analysis of manufacturing costs, pricing strategies, and ensuring financial targets are met. Key Responsibilities:

1. Cost Analysis and Control:

   • Develop and maintain detailed cost models for all footwear products.
   • Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to ensure accurate product costing.
   • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality.

2. Pricing Strategy:

   • Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with company financial goals.
   • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing.
   • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to set optimal pricing structures.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting:

   • Prepare and manage budgets for product costing and pricing.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

   • Work closely with the design, production, and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost estimates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in costing and pricing, preferably within the footwear or apparel industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures in the footwear industry.
