- Responsibility to perform (design) review (with Leadplant) with regards to process modifications (30%)
- Make Process Analysis, using PRBFM Method for applied Engineering
- Change Request's to identify concerns and risk solving.
- Release new application projects for Heat treatment including sample run, reporting and data analysis for both loop process (Annealing and nitriding) and Elements (Oil Quenching/tempering) (20%)
- Be center of knowledge with regards to Heat treatment for Technical
- Functions and Manufacturing Department in terms of technical/process investigation, improvement proposals etc. (30%)
- Initiate improvement proposal, align with Manufacturing department and Tilburg Plant/TEF1. Then after alignment, implement this project using process development methods, such as PRBFM, DOE, ECR, and QFD4.
- This can be done also in System Continuous Improvement projects
- Problem solving at highest escalation level to support MFGx and QMM in 8D/Shainin projects (10%)
- Apply analytical skills combined with process knowledge to solve problems related to heat treatment, quality
- Share knowledge and experience with MFG colleagues, Technical Functions (Maintenance Team) and with Tilburg Plant/TEF1 counterpart
Education background & work experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering,
- Material Science (Metal & Alloy), strong knowledge of Material and heat treatments processes
- Extensive knowledge in the production or process engineering of metal forming processes
- Good knowledge of statistics, SPC (Statistical process control)
- Result and Cost Orientation

- Responsiveness / Agility / Willing to Learn
- Process management (PDCA, KPI, etc.)
- Problem solving methods
- Having extensive knowledge of process engineering in automotive / industrial product
- Able to work independently and make decisions individually
- Good command of English
- Deeply understanding Statistics, PRBFM, and DOE, QFD4 or willing to learn these methods.
- Good cooperation skills in team, takes initiative, pro-active attitude
