Out client is a leading global supplier of technology and services is looking for Senior Finance Manager. Report to CEO and Regional FC

Salary: Attractive package

Location: HCM, Vietnam

1. Responsibilities:

Finance and Accounting:

  • Responsible for implementation and preparation of year-end audits, IFRS reports and local VAS statutory report in compliance with IFRS and VAS standard and Central Directives;
  • Responsible for preparation and submission of VAT, WHT and other statistic reports, as well as support the tax department with tax refund and tax audit;
  • Responsible for Treasury Functions including capital management and banking relationship;


  • Being responsible for business controlling topics including planning, budgeting and reporting for trading businesses as well as back office functions (C, GS, CI and RO);
  • Play an active role in supporting sales development of trading businesses;
  • Responsible for Credit Management and Transfer price steering of trading businesses;


  • Develop and supervise the team to fulfill all relevant requirements in Vietnam
  • Coordinator for certain regional tasks upon assignment from regional FC such as training, CFA competence management
  • Country coordinator for C tasks such as legal requirements, capital injections, insurance, hi-tech report for MOST
  • Policy owner including - Travel & Expense policy, Credit Policy, Fixed Asset Policy, Banking and payment processing policy

2. Job requirements:

  • University or Master degree in Accounting/ Auditing/ Finance
  • At least 8 years of working experience in relevant fields at a foreign invested company
  • At least 2 year of experience at high management level at a multi-national company
  • Concrete knowledge about IFRS, Local GAAP and Tax system, banking regulations
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong skills in consolidation and review reports
  • Strong time and deadline management skills
  • Strong supervisory, coaching and staff development skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict solving skills
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Familiar with the data analytic software & tools (e.g. Power BI)
