Responsibilities:
- Daily Operation of Department (Functional Work):
- Contribute to the creation/updating/re-engineering of standardized processes and best practices
- Facilitate/oversees the analysis and design of technology solutions to ensure business needs are met
- Analyze and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standard
- Collaborate with developers, leadership and other architects to implement strategic technical proposal into reality;
- Lead the project team to implement proposed solutions using your experience and knowledge
- Responsible for technical scoping and design through the entire project life-cycle from initiatives through implementation and go-live;
- Participate in research/design of new system/application & prepare proposal for innovation
- Procurement: Support IT solution team leader in define scope of work in relevant area
- Reporting: Consolidate data/information to support Leader producing IT Solution Report in assigned area
- Budgeting:
- Support IT solution team leader in preparing supporting document for annual budgeting in relevant area
- Monitor the scope of implementation to ensure no extra cost incurred
- Policy and procedure:
- Contribute in building the Improvement process & procedures/standards
- Study & apply IT process & procedures/standard
- Follow the IT Improvement process & procedures/standard
- Building capability of teams
- Self training or attend relevant training courses to equip with additional capabilities to support daily work operations as required by the Manager and Leader
- Propose specific training for own area to fulfill competency of the team
- Organize hand on training for in scope area
- Project Management
- Contribute in building the project management process & procedures/standards
- Follow the project management process & procedures/standard in project implementation
- Ensure the assigned project meet IT solution project KPI
- Other tasks assigned by Managers and other superiors
Requirements:
At least 3 years leadership/management experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, ERP implementation business or relevant area |
