Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of digital strategies to optimize brand visibility and business performance.

  • Deliver a premium digital customer experience with personalized and high-touch digital interactions.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, digital lead generation, lead engagement, and online reservations.

  • Collaborate with dealers and call centers to ensure seamless lead follow-up and customer experience.

  • Manage content strategy across owned and paid media to reinforce brand equity and engage affluent customers.

  • Plan and execute integrated media campaigns, optimizing reach, engagement, and ROI.

  • Utilize data insights to refine marketing tactics and ensure strategic alignment with business goals.

  • Manage the digital showroom to increase customer engagement and drive conversions.

  • Oversee implementation of lead management frameworks to improve lead quality and volume.

  • Drive digitalization initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Regularly measure, report, and analyze the performance of marketing activities using Google Analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
    Perform other tasks as required to support business and marketing objectives

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing.

  • At least 3 years in a managerial role with cross-functional team leadership.

Specific Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven ability to develop and implement customer journey strategies across online and offline channels.

  • Strong data-driven marketing skills, with a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and consumer behavior.

  • Proficient in managing full-funnel media strategies and ad platforms including:

    • Website analytics (Google Analytics)

    • SEO/SEM

    • Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Zalo, YouTube)

    • Digital marketing tools (e.g., Social Listening, Campaign Management software)

  • Track record in achieving KPIs across brand health, traffic generation, lead quality, and engagement metrics.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience collaborating with global/regional teams, dealers, and external partners.

  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
