Job description:
- Set up, lead, and manage a new healthcare team to support E2E healthcare business for both individuals and groups.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to complete operational processes and procedures, as well as system and capability development, in order to run group life insurance smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop offers/quotes, master contract, operational process, etc. for each client in collaboration with Sales, Product, Actuary, and Medical Excellence teams (employer)
- Collaborate with ATD/ DTD to develop, update, and give training on the operational process of healthcare management.
- Assist salespeople and consumers with the purchase, service, and claims processes.
- Work with other departments to ensure that contract issuance, servicing, and claims are completed within the agreed-upon SLA/TAT.
- Take on extra responsibilities as allocated by your line manager.
Requirements:
Qualifications: If you have a bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Medicine from a university or college, you will have an advantage. Knowledge of group insurance, employee benefit plan administration, and healthcare claims administration.
Experiences:
- At least 5 years in the insurance sector or 2 years in healthcare management are required.
- Working as a group insurance/EB plan administration head was an advantage.

- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are all part of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Communication, problem-solving, and telephone skills are all important.
