Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Communication Management
• Direct audience/consumer research, competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the market that can be exploited and worked on.
• Strategize and collaborate with senior management, business development and other cross-functional teams to develop compact go-to-win-Client strategies for targeted Blue Chips Clients while coming up with new marketing ideas based on industry research, as well as ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• Develop strategic content for specific advertising to effectively reach Target Client segment.
• Plan & evaluate themes, messaging & branding to ensure consistency throughout all advertising, social media & communication.
• In charge of all key Business Presentations including the annual budget (strategic planning sections) to Board members, Business Partners, Investors and so on.

Regularly track the performance of marketing strategies implemented and come up with timely modifications to nurture more leads online.
•
Conceptualize, plan and spearhead marketing events and other campaigns (online and offline) to strengthen public relations and our company’s presence where it matters the most, internally as well as externally.
• Develop and manage the annual budget for marketing and communication activities. Responsible for management and implementation of communications & marketing activities and events as planned and within the budget assigned.
