Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop 1-year and 3–5-year marketing and communication strategies aligned with the company’s growth direction in the travel and tourism industry.

  • Prepare annual marketing budgets (as a percentage of revenue), allocate resources effectively, and monitor spending efficiency.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand positioning, including brand image, messaging, and customer experience.

  • Oversee PR campaigns, sponsorships, strategic partnerships, CSR activities, and crisis communication management.

  • Build and maintain relationships with national press and media outlets.

360° Integrated Communication

  • Plan and implement IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) campaigns across multiple channels: ATL – BTL – Digital – PR – Events – KOLs – Social Media.

  • Collaborate with product and sales departments to synchronize messaging and support sales conversion efforts.

Digital & Data-Driven Marketing

  • Lead the adoption of marketing technologies (AI, Big Data, CDP) for promotion, customer engagement, and marketing automation.

  • Develop SEO/SEM strategies, content marketing plans, and performance metrics for digital campaigns (ROAS, CAC, CPL, etc.).

Leadership & Team Development

  • Manage cross-functional marketing departments (Trade Marketing, Digital, PR, etc.) effectively.

  • Coach, inspire, and foster a high-performance, innovative, and collaborative culture across the national marketing team.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Establish a comprehensive marketing KPI system using a Balanced Scorecard (Brand – Leads – Revenue – Engagement – Cost).

  • Provide regular reports to the executive board on marketing and communication effectiveness.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or related fields.

  • Strong English communication skills.

  • Deep understanding of domestic and international travel markets, media trends, and consumer behavior.

  • Strategic mindset with creativity and growth orientation.

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar senior marketing leadership role; experience in nationwide and international campaign execution is a must.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, data analysis, and budget management skills.

  • Ability to support sales-driven marketing activities when required.

  • Strong internal collaboration skills; able to build positive working relationships across departments.

  • Proactive in communication and implementation oversight; able to manage team leaders to meet deadlines.

  • Willingness to attend company meetings as assigned by senior leadership.

  • Resilient under pressure, self-driven, goal-oriented, confident, and decisive.
